Orders within India typically takes 7 business days to be delivered after dispatch, depending on the destination.
International Shipping:
EOS ships internationally to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary based on the destination.
International orders typically take 10-15 business days to be delivered after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of order placement. EOS is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is undelivered due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

- Unboxing Video RequirementTo process your request for a damaged item, we require a clear and unedited video of the package being unboxed. This video must capture the entire unboxing process, showing the package in its original condition and the item inside.
- Visible Damage EvidenceThe video must clearly display the damage to the product. Any unclear or incomplete evidence may result in your claim being invalid.
- Submission TimelineKindly send the unboxing video and details of the damage to our customer support team at [insert email address] within 24 hours of receiving your package. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
